Mahalo came out immediately when we smelled gas and our gas company said the furnace might be failing. They were kind, professional, prompt, and helped us get available rebates to keep the price down. Of all of the professionals we have had work in our home, they were the most respectful and clean by far. They left no messes, just a beautiful new furnace that has kept us toasty warm all winter. Furnace would not stay on. It was another cold morning. I called Comfort Flow and by mid-afternoon, it was fixed. The repair was made by a very pleasant young man, who worked quickly. He explained what he found and after we paid a reasonable charge for the part and the call, he was on his way to the next customer.
