We offer 1, 2, and 3 year agreements for two visits a year on heating and cooling systems and one visit a year for heat only systems. The longer the time you chose, the greater the discount both in upfront costs as the price per visit goes down, as well as the potential savings of locking in a price so as not to be affected by cost inflation over that timeline. There is also an additional discount for having multiple units at one home. On top of these cost savings, overtime fees are waived if you have an afterhours emergency service call, and you get a 15% discount off of any flat rate service work or duct cleaning.
