I have an older house with ceiling and wall heating and decided to get a heat pump for it. After talking to several companies, I selected Comfort Flow Heating. I have nothing but a great experience with the team I worked with, from my adviser, Mike, to David and Jared who did an outstanding job with the installation at the house. I did not get to meet the electrician but they did a good job too. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Answered all my questions, and worked with me on how I wanted things configured. They even called on a Sunday during the ice storm in Eugene, OR, apologizing for having to change my install date because they did not have power and no one could drive around. I am happy with the installation and hope everything works well over time. Great company and people.

8:30 pm with a Winter storm advisory meant I had to figure out why my father's heating system wasn't working. After hours number informed Chris who called me and figured out the problem with the furnace and reset the thermostat. Very quick response, so patient and no charge! Heat started working right away! Excellent after hour service by Chris!
We got 3 different bids, and while it was a bit higher priced Comfort Flow had the best value when we got into the fine details. Everything has been great so far since they installed our 2 ductless units just over a month ago, no issues so far. Also everyone at their company was extremely helpful & knowledgeable, specifically in regards to working with our EWEB loan to finance the project. Its been a huge help in updating our '77 home for the 21st century weather. Thanks Comfort Flow!
Backup generator wasn't working. They did their best to save me a service call, but when fuse changes etc. couldn't correct the issue, they got a crew out to get the generator up and running on the same day I called. Really grateful!
We had Comfort Flow install a new heat pump in November. LOVE IT! We live on the coast and were a little concerned about having a business over in the valley install the system due to distance. HOWEVER, Kyle quoted us a price that blew any quotes we got in Lincoln County out of the water. So, we went with it. David R, Trey C, and Jorden A showed up at the time promised and installed the system without a hitch. They were great to work with and CFH Springfield has our business now and in the future. Thanks for providing us a great system and great service too!
We had technician Tiffany and Jake come out at different times and were very professional and helpful. Both very detailed and courteous. Although the office lady was somewhat degrading.
Great experience from the beginning to the end of our ductless heat pump installation. Had to wait for the state to approve rebates but they communicated through the whole process!. Thanks Ellen
We used Comfort Flow to put in units at our rentals. While there was an issue with an install, Kyle H. and Comfort Flow made it right! Kyle's customer service was 100%. He answered questions, texts, calls, quickly and even after hours and on weekends. We're very happy with the outcome.
