We recently had Comfort Flow replace our old heat pump and downstairs ductwork. David and Manuel did an excellent job.
They arrived when expected and were friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient. My husband was very pleased with how they worked with him to talk through and take care of all the areas he wanted to make sure were addressed with the new system. We've had Comfort Flow do work for us in the past and have always had a good experience.
I called them to clean the AC condenser unit outside the house as well as the heating system that's up in the attic. They did an excellent job. I also called them to clean out the ducts as my system is 4 years old and I hadn't done that yet and wasn't sure if it needed to be done on a regular basis as this is the first time I've owned an hvac system. They arrived on time as scheduled to perform the cleaning. But, once they got to looking at the ducts they said that it didn't need cleaning as they looked good, (probably due to the fact that I change my filters every 90-120 days) and that they didn't want to charge me for a service that wasn't necessary at this time. They saved me from spending over $700 unnecessarily! I am even more impressed by this company for their honesty. I will recommend this stellar company to everyone I know. David and Manuel were excellent and I am grateful for their hard work and their patience on showing me around our new heating system they installed in our home.
