The technicians were very knowledgeable and polite and explained what needed to be done and the price. Then they went and got the parts they needed and repaired the furnace and the air conditioning unit in a most professional manner. We've used Comfort Flow to maintain our heat pump, for many years. They have been the best to work with. I love that I don't have to worry about remembering to schedule check-ups, I get a lovely phone call reminder every 6 months.
