Last week my AC quit cooling so I called CFH and Sheila had a repair tech out that same afternoon on a Friday! A part needed to be ordered and usually takes a week or two to get, Sheila called me yesterday afternoon saying the part was in and they could have the service technician out first thing in the morning. David showed up this morning and we have AC again after only 5 days!!! Just in time for the 90 degree weather for the next week! I absolutely recommend them 100%!!! Thank you Sheila and David you both are awesome!!
AC went out and left our home in a "hot mess!" CFH was excellent to work with. Natalie and Shiela made sure to call me multiple times giving me updates throughout the day on when a tech would be able to visit. Once the tech arrived (same day as my call) he was professional and very prompt. Very very pleased.

We loved working with this company. They seemed truly concerned with our happiness and not only installed the ductless unit in a position that cools our entire home in the hot weather, they also came up with a really creative way to route our dryer vent when everyone else we talked to just talked about how difficult our set-up was. We got quotes from three different companies for the ductless and dryer vent, and we felt so lucky that we went with Comfort Flow, they really took care of us.
Recently had service & repair done at my late mother's house as part of closing the sale of the house. Sheila Kau was great to deal with...I am out of state and she was very responsive to both me and our real estate agent. Clear & timely communication. Also appreciated the communication from the service technician, David Chase.

Air conditioner went out Sunday on first real hot day of the year (at least, it felt that way to me). Called CFH first thing Monday morning (the staff I spoke to over the phone were very helpful and friendly) and they got a technician (Dylan B.) out right away! Dylan was super nice and professional and he got the job done quick. My air conditioning is back to normal and I'm a happy customer. Thanks Dylan and CFH for the great customer service and for fixing my air conditioner!
