We loved working with this company. They seemed truly concerned with our happiness and not only installed the ductless unit in a position that cools our entire home in the hot weather, they also came up with a really creative way to route our dryer vent when everyone else we talked to just talked about how difficult our set-up was. We got quotes from three different companies for the ductless and dryer vent, and we felt so lucky that we went with Comfort Flow, they really took care of us.
Recently had service & repair done at my late mother's house as part of closing the sale of the house. Sheila Kau was great to deal with...I am out of state and she was very responsive to both me and our real estate agent. Clear & timely communication. My furnace was dead. Red Tagged. I needed a new furnace -NOW. I called companies and settled on Comfort Flow - not because they were the cheapest (nor the most expensive) but because they had great product and my sales guy CHAD knew what he was talking about and didn't come on like a "sales bro." He also helped me get on the schedule ASAP so I could get heat back into my home. Comfort Flow is my GO-TO from now on!
Terrific emergency service and follow through - much appreciated! I called Comfort Flow on a Saturday eve. when the furnace in my rental unit wouldn't turn on. I got a call back immediately and an offer to come fix it right away. The HVAC technician that did the repair (Lucus) was prompt, knowledgable, easy to work with, and worked hard to structure the bill so that I ended up with the lowest charge for the most amount of service.
