We received excellent service as always from Comfort Flow, starting with our Rep Jeff C. and including the installers David R., Rob K. and electrician Mary S. Everything happened on time and our new system is amazing. We have always used Comfort Flow just because of their products & service.
We had to have our heating and air-conditioning system replaced in the main part of our house. Journeyman installers David Reid and Rob Keneipp along with apprentice electrician Fawn Coultas did an excellent job. They were all very friendly, courteous and skillful in their work. We've used Comfort Flow for over 20 years and have been very satisfied with their service.

Two years ago Comfort Flow installed a 97% efficient Trane heating system with additional whole house HEPA air cleaner. It has been a huge cost saving, with improved performance and we always have clean air. Yesterday they scheduled Noah to clean the filters after the Holiday Farm fires / smoke on a last minute cancellation. He was professional, personable and was virtually invisible as he worked. When he left, there was seemingly no trace that he was even there. Other contractors created huge messes that they just left, so this sets this company apart from all others. UPDATE: 12/22/2020, we had our returns all upgraded to full sheet metal ducting to replace the 1950s era cardboard in the joist method. Rob K. was the technician that spent 14.75 hours in our home and left each room in our home in better shape then when he found it. Usually there is something left out of place, a screw left behind, something damaged but Rob treated our home like his own. The extra care was much appreciated.
I purchased a new heating/AC system. I was given several options and price ranges. They were all explained in detail. I got scheduled right away. On the day of installation, they showed up on time, wore masks, protected my floors and made sure they closed the doors when they came and went and were very friendly and polite. It took about a day and a half (2 full days was quoted) to complete the job. They did a great job cleaning up and painting the new cover for the wiring. I really love the new system. It's so quiet I literally cannot hear it at all. The new thermostat is very modern and WiFi ready. I've had Comfort Flow servicing my heating/AC system for 7 years. I always get fantastic service and highly recommend this company
Just had my first annual service appointment on my ductless units with Comfort Flow and if this is their normal, I am highly impressed. Not only did Caz take time to answer questions and explain things I would not have thought to ask, he did the same for my visitor who is exploring a heating upgrade for her home. The attention to detail and thoughtful customer service is refreshing, earns repeat business and makes another experience had with a competitor last year pale in comparison. Thank you for a job very well done.
We have used Comfort Flow for our twice yearly maintenance and when it came time to replace our aging system we got 3 bids and although CF wasn't the cheapest they gave a in depth system bid explaining exactly the equipment and it's long term benefits. The installers were prompt and courteous and the new system is performing quietly and we have confidence in it's longevity. Thank you CF for the ease of this process.
