I KIND of recommend Comfort Flow. The actual people who do the work are great; respectful, clean, and do good work. But the office people leave something to be desired. I am not going to play some childish games with adult people about scheduling work and being penalized for not answering the phone fast enough for them (bathroom anyone??). When a customer makes an appointment, simply show up at the scheduled time, in a capitalistic society, the business is bound to the dollar, my dollar does not have to go to your company, its quite sad really because I really want Comfort Flow to do the work since they literally have installed the gas from the ground up in this house, but I can get treated better elsewhere. So its a 50/50 with them, I had to move on because I actually needed the work done.
The Comfort Flow team just finished a major 3 zone project at our home. Technicians Adam, Taylor and Fawn arrived on time each day, wore protective masks, demonstrated complete courtesy and labored in our stiflingly hot attic for four days. They replaced one of our 17 year old furnaces and its associated A/C unit. I had four companies bid the project and selected Comfort Flow because their solution was the most comprehensive and was presented by sales consultant Kyle, in a manner that showed he had listened to the challenges we presented and was aimed at correcting a number of deficiencies in the old system. It's important to note that Comfort Flow wasn't the lowest bid, but their obvious expertise made the choice easy. As I write this from my upstairs office, it's a comfortable 72 degrees for the first time in 17 years. Adam explained everything they did and taught us how to operate our new state of the art system. These guys did a great job cleaning up after themselves each day and demonstrated a terrific work ethic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the expert and professional Comfort Flow team. A/C quit working and needed some repairs. They were able to get a guy out here the next day and got it fixed. Very professional. Good work! Very happy!
My husband spent hours researching and reading reviews before deciding to use Comfort Flow.
Immediately upon sitting down with Jeff our Comfort Consultant we knew it was the right choice. He went over all of our options, gave us prices and even did the paperwork for our EPUD discount.
I appreciated them being on time, installing in a tidy manner all along being friendly even during extreme heat.

We recently had Comfort Flow replace a furnace and heat pump.
The furnace was upstairs in an attic. It was a difficult job, took three days and the weather was hot. David Reid, Taylor Murders, Trevor Henderson and Mitch Pratt did an exceptional job. They were quiet, efficient, respectful and hard-working. We were very pleased with the outcome and process. The support we have received from the office staff has been wonderful. Additionally, Dillon Davenport, Ryan Upshaw and Jeff Casley were great with service, maintenance, and new equipment estimates. Thanks to Comfort Flow our home is cool again.

David, Rob, Joe, and Jordan installed and wired a complete, new Trane HVAC system for us with cordiality, technical savvy, teamwork, and time efficiency. They turned a 26-year old nearly derelict situation into a silk purse. Consultant, Kyle, made every detail clear for the estimate, equipment specs., and how to take advantage of a finance package made available because of Comfort Flow's dealership with Trane. We are extremely happy campers!
The Comfort Flow team were great from initial visit by the estimator to final installation. David Reid, Trevor Henderson, Mitch Pratt and Fawn Coultas showed up on time and worked most of the day installing a new ductless air system for me. They were courteous and all did their jobs well. Most of the day they worked quietly and I hardly knew they were there. Left my yard and home spotless and left me with great air conditioning just in time for the summer heat. Highly recommend for quality, professional service.
