Everyone I have encountered have been more than helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant! Kaitlyn was very accommodating when it came to working with my schedule when making appointments and she made me laugh!! Great customer service!

I spoke with a gal named Sheila today. I need a service person to look at my equipment and had some questions about a GPS air cleaner a friend told me about. She seemed to know her stuff. I feel confident that I called the right company. Thank you bunches!

Air conditioner went out Sunday on first real hot day of the year (at least, it felt that way to me). Called CFH first thing Monday morning (the staff I spoke to over the phone were very helpful and friendly) and they got a technician (Dylan B.) out right away! Dylan was super nice and professional and he got the job done quick. My air conditioning is back to normal and I'm a happy customer. Thanks Dylan and CFH for the great customer service and for fixing my air conditioner!

My furnace was dead. Red Tagged. I needed a new furnace -NOW. I called companies and settled on Comfort Flow - not because they were the cheapest (nor the most expensive) but because they had great product and my sales guy CHAD knew what he was talking about and didn't come on like a "sales bro." He also helped me get on the schedule ASAP so I could get heat back into my home. Comfort Flow is my GO-TO from now on!

Terrific emergency service and follow through - much appreciated! I called Comfort Flow on a Saturday eve. when the furnace in my rental unit wouldn't turn on. I got a call back immediately and an offer to come fix it right away. The HVAC technician that did the repair (Lucus) was prompt, knowledgable, easy to work with, and worked hard to structure the bill so that I ended up with the lowest charge for the most amount of service. Thank you, Comfort Flow.

We were very pleased with Comfort Flow Heating, the customer service was excellent and our installer David did a terrific job, the work areas were kept clean and organized, and they worked well with us, a good experience.
